of guilty, (1) convicted him of the offense of driving under the influence of an intoxicant, (2) fined him $50 and costs,
(3) sentenced him to two days in jail, and (4) revoked his driving privileges for a period of six months. By this appeal he
insists that the Court abused its discretion in not granting his motion for probation under the provisions of T.C.A. 40-2909.
